PHYSIQUE UPDATE: 16/02/26 | 88kg ππ½
Since the new year, Iβve been working at leaning out while retaining as much strength and muscle possible. The scale has only changed by 3kg, but the difference is visible. πͺπ½
The next few months will be focussed on continuing to lean out while retaining the shape I spent this previous bulk working on. There is a lot to do in terms of trimming up the mid section and making certain body parts shine, but with disciple and hard work anything is possible!
