Taking a quick glance below quickly shows us how heavy there drinks can be….BUT they are one of the best spots to offer sugar free and lower calorie options for flavored coffees and drinks!

Tips are:
✅ Get your drink ‘skinny’ - this opts for non fat milk
✅ Order it sugar free - this one is pretty obvious but many of us don’t realize just how much sugar is in just 1 pump of syrups (average 80-120 calories which is about 20-40g of sugar)
✅ Skip the toppings and sauces - these can easily add 50 cals that won’t fill your tummy (but if you reaaaaally need it ask if they can go ‘easy’ on it)
