NORDIC CURLS… If you are an athlete and not doing these (no not the full Nordic curl, not very many people can do that) you are mislead, adding these to your leg days have shown in studies to reduce hamstring injuries by over 50%!! Scaled versions show the same results!Focus on the eccentric part of the movement and go as low as you can and start over.. and more importantly GET IN THERE AND GRIND!!
