Are you wanting to deepen your yoga practice but not interested in teaching? Or, do you want to share your love of yoga by becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher? Either way, this training is designed for you.
The Immersion includes asana, meditation and pranayama
every day. Other topics include: yoga anatomy, therapeutic application of asana, Ayurveda basics, yoga history and philosophy, Subtle body study (chakras, koshas, kleshas) and more. All students receive a detailed manual.
The teacher training portion will teach you how to sequence a yoga class, learn how to skillfully observe and safely adjust your students, how to teach off the mat, basic yoga therapeutics, some Sanskrit, learn how to demo poses and teach all levels and ages. And much more!
Training led by Becky Jordan, ERYT 500, Certified Yoga Therapist and assisted by Misti Galvan, RYT 500.
