Great class today on footwork. Has anyone else noticed the heat? If you don't get lean training in a garage during the summer in Houston, you will never get lean!

Due to life being really busy, there is a schedule change in store for Findley Fighting & Fitness. Mon. 5:30pm to 6:30pm., Tue. 5:30pm to 6:30pm, Thurs. 5:30pm to 6:30pm. there may be a Saturday early morning fitness but thats still in the works.
