I love when this happens! A new client calls and needs to come in asap. I just happen to have a cancelation. ..same day. Her shoulder has kept her from activity for 6 months. After chiropractor, dry needling, steroid shots, massage, MRI and xray...No relief. She walks in yesterday at 330pm and same night this is the message I get! !
As a personal trainer I could work with clients for years and if their diet wasn't right. ..progress was a long road. As an MAT Specialist I get the satisfaction of making a difference! Love it!!!!

Mr. Jim came to me 8 weeks ago. He is 84 years old and had not been able to lift his arm over his shoulder for 3 years due to osteomyolytis, back surgery, and scoleosis. You could hear the popping from across the room!
After only 6 sessions we have almost doubled his range of motion to fully overhead without a sound.
After admitting he had given up right before he came to see me. ..he says M.A.T. is a miracle.
Every time he walks away from my table he says. .."thank you. You do good work. " :)

Need to shed an unwanted Holiday pound or 2?...Take it Old School & head to your local High School!
Warm-Up with an easy 1 lap jog around the track. Then pick it up...sprint the straights and walk the curves.
Beginners - 1 mile...Intermediate - 2 miles...Advanced - 3 miles.
This should be difficult at all levels! Get out of your comfort zone and get that heart rate up so that you will not only burn lots of calories during this workout but also for hours after!! Don't forget to cool down and always bring your water. Enjoy!!
