I’m piloting Moving with Mindfulness, a space for moms and kids (10 & under) to slow down, reconnect, and learn simple movement tools that actually help in real-life moments.

This isn’t about being perfect or “zen.”
It’s about:
✨ helping your child regulate big emotions
✨ creating small moments of calm together
✨ building connection through movement you can take home

Must be able to attend BOTH:
🖥 Virtual: April 30 at 7:30 PM
🤍 In-person: May 2 from 10–12 PM

Stipend + lunch included for participants

We our now bringing MOVEment Matters to a few centers in Harris County Pct 1!

If you know me, you know that this is a pretty big moment for me because since the start of this company, I’ve wanted nothing more than to offer quality movement to youth. Dance is expensive, but that shouldn’t be the reason a child doesn’t get to learn.

January has gotten off to an amazing start for us here. Happy New Year 🎊

I will be presenting a new piece titled, ‘Black Love.’

This work, done as a duet between myself and , delves into the authentic and unfiltered experience of two young black individuals in love. It aims to challenge the underrepresentation of our race in media as capable of experiencing a genuine and lasting love experience.

The work seeks to portray our ability to not only find true love but also to nurture and sustain it.
