I thought I might post some progress pics. I spared you by keeping my shirt on. You’re welcome. 😁 I’m happy with the progress but definitely need to drop several more % points of body fat.

I don’t post progress pics much. I have trouble thinking of myself as in shape enough to be a fitness coach. Not strong enough, big enough, and bit too much love on these handles. I feel a little like an imposter. I worry that if I post a pic, you’ll think that, too.

Isn’t that line of thinking what keeps a lot of us held down? Feeling like an imposter. I can’t start eating right because I don’t know enough. I can’t go to the gym because “everyone” looks like they stepped out of a magazine shoot. I don’t want to be a fake so I just keep going with the same old same old.

What if you just said “forget it.” If I look like an imposter who cares. If I’m not perfect, so what. If my love handles just love me so much they never want to leave…whatever. I’m just going to give my best. If you do that, you might find that you get the results you want.
