Divers need sharp focus. They need to feel light, they need to be strong and explosive, too.
When your diver is eating right for diving, you’ll notice it. They show up to practice ready. They recover faster. Their mind works better (they can study better, too!) They can regulate their emotions better, demonstrating a higher capacity to stay grounded against things that can trigger anxiety and fear loops.

Sports parents, don’t “solve everything” for your kids. Kristie Phillips’ advice to parents- help them, listen to them, charter a plan together. Help them develop problem- solving skills. Thats how you can have confident kids.

Sports Parents! I’m at SECs! How do YOU manage your nerves? 😳 How do you manage your own emotions? You can”t swim 🏊‍♂️ for them, you can’t play ⚽️ 🏈 🎾 🏀 for them, but you can create space for them in a calm steady way. They can sense your feelings and for most athletes this can have a big impact, in a positive way. So manage yourself first! 🙌❤️
