The MAC will be supporting our very own Coach Tammy Fugate for a training spinning event for the RTEA this Sunday 10/27/2024 from 8am to 10am.

This 2-hour spin class is open not only to members but also to guests with an interest in supporting Ride to End Alzheimer’s.🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼😤

Attendees are encouraged to wear purple, promote this ride via fundraising, and HAVE FUN!

The actual ride is 11/9/ 2024 in beautiful, hilly Wimberley with distances from 10 to 100 miles. You will not find a more organized and up-lifting event! 100% of all donations go directly to research. Alz.org/ride will get you to information about signing up, volunteering and donating. There will be information and business cards at the MAC and in the spinning room for this event.

If didn’t know Tammy’s mom was diagnosed with ALZ and lived with ALZ for 7 years before passing in 2020. Tammy has chosen to get involved with the Texas ALZ Ride as a rider as well as a volunteer. Tammy is honored to stand with and support those living with ALZ.
