Happy Thursday☀️
“Make it a great day, or not. The choice is yours.”
As much as I hated to hear my high school principle say that over the school intercom every morning, he really never missed, I’ve got to say he was right.
Every day you wake up is a fresh start. Every day Is a new opportunity to improve upon yesterdays self. Yeah, we are human and things are going to happen out of our control, but those things are only a small portion of our day.
The way you take back control of your life is simple: choose how you allow those things to effect you. You can let’s things drag you down, or you can feel them and let them pass. The choice is genuinely up to you 🤯
So today, get up and be great! Use this new day to beat your past self. Get a good breakfast in, hit the gym, learn a skill, or just make it a point to give yourself some much needed tlc! Do it for you because no one else can.
So, make it a great day, or not. The choice is yours!😉

Double posting today because I got such a great workout in today at ! Here’s my summary of today’s workout. I think I got a pretty good workout in today for being sore and a little fatigued from yesterday’s weight session. I urge everyone to at least try one class! Your first class is free!🍊👌🏽
