Basketball has given me the opportunity to meet some amazing women in my lifetime!
Now it’s my mission to help the next generation of girls and young women in any way I can.
Feel free to reach out with ideas. ❤️
Happy international Women’s Day!

Happy birthday X. The hold you had on this generation… a magnitude I’ve never seen before. And not through bs but through being who you are. Good and bad. You taught us that it’s okay to not be okay. We can be what and who we are and that’s enough. Some of my darkest hours were spent listening to your songs and you got me through them. The light I didn’t know I needed. Let’s shed more light and less judgement. Rewire our programming. ☀️
Thank you to my brother Jayden for being one of his first fans and putting us all on.
Rest in peace X.

MLK Day may be a day off of work but don’t forget the reason we celebrate. The selflessness and love MLK and his wife led with changed the lives of African Americans forever.
We’ve got leaps to go as a country, but I wanna take the time to appreciate MLK and his wife Coretta for their peaceful acts to bring real change 🥺🫶🏽
Never forgotten.
I remember how awkward it was at school when we talked about slavery in class with white teachers and peers… but I’m glad we did.
It should be uncomfortable how black people were (and still are) treated. It should still be talked about. The more we talk about it, the more we (all people) can stand together against racial injustice remembering where we don’t want to go back to… and how we can change right now.
Talk about it. Help be the change.

Happy holidays!
As you spend these days with the people you love, I want you to ask yourself, did I do everything I could to be healthy to live a long life I can enjoy with my family?
If you’re reading this, and you answered no, 2023 is your year to make that happen. No need to look to far back.
It’s time to reach your full potential now.
You work too hard not to be able to have a long life you enjoy once you’re done working.
And how do you do that?
By creating a plan.
Doing the daily work.
Fixing your priorities.
Steps FRWRD.
Your loved ones want to see you happy and healthy and you owe it to yourself.
Everyone’s grateful for all you do to help provide but this year is about you.
It’s time to become the person who can wake up earlier to go to the gym.
To add in foods that fuel your body.
To train your mind to create sustainable habits.
DM me ‘GO’ to get get started after the holidays. Your turn!

Tomorrow is the day. My first ever masterclass!
It’s holiday season 🎁
My gift to you is…. That I’m making it FREE 🤯
If you are a top performer💼 I’m calling you out. This masterclass is for you. You’re a bada$$ at work. You excel. You have dedicated so much to your career. But your fitness is lacking. It’s the last piece of the puzzle that you can’t seem to get a grip on.
You know your body isn’t where it could be. You know you could find the time if you really wanted to. It takes practice just like it did to get you to where you are in your career.
But the 🔑 is igniting your inner athlete. And you have it because look at your success.
Created from grit and fire inside of YOU.
I will show you how to prioritize your time better, but more importantly, I’m going to change the way you think about fitness.
Change the way you think, change your life.
This will be the most powerful masterclass you’ve ever seen. 😮💨😮💨😮💨
I can’t believe it’s free.
On top of that 2 lucky people from the masterclass will get a mini workout and meal plan from now until the end of 2022. 2023 will start strong with some direction.
Details below 👇🏽
Join the group and I will approve everyone on Wednesday! Still adding a few more resources to the group until then. 🥵
I’m so freaking excited I’m counting down!!!
Where power meets power.
Calling all top performers… See you soon 📞

Working peeps… Have you ever lost 10 pounds then wondered why you can’t “keep it off” or lose more?!
Then give up until you’ve had enough and start the process over?!
Here are 5 common mistakes that keep busy professionals from losing more than 10 pounds…
Losing the first 10 pounds takes work but keepingit off and continuing to lose takes CONSISTENCY and a lifestyle that you can KEEP long-term.
Being tied to the scale isn’t productive! But let’s be honest… we all look at the scale.
So let’s break down the mistakes that might be holding you back.
1. Lazy workouts
You are happy you’re making progress and you start to half ass your workouts. Don’t STOP doing what’s working 🤯
KEEP doing what’s working.
2. Stopped eating balanced plates and nutritious foods
You completely changed your diet which wasn’t sustainable… your cravings are kicking and you’re tired of eating salads and cutting all your favorite foods. THIS IS A PROBLEM.
You don’t have to cut the foods you love! It leads to binge eating and now all your hard earned results are gone. 😢
Balanced days on our plates keeps our craving under control while we foods we love and get nutritious foods in our bodies :)
3. The fun in becoming your best self has fizzled
You aren’t enjoying the process anymore. You don’t love it. You are tied to results and don’t know why you aren’t losing the weight. You start trying to find quick fixes on Google.
When what got you here was excitement in becoming your best, confident, STRONG self.
4. You don’t participate in your coach’s community chat
It’s there for a reason. To help you reach your goals. Community = accountability + friendships + GROWTH
5. Not leaning into mentorship
Your coach is there to help. Even if you have a small mental block. A quick message and response can get you right back on track!

If I could write a letter to my younger self this is what it would be.
Younger girls reading this: I pray you read this and believe every word you resonate with.
Life doesn’t get easier but you WILL get stronger.
Here it goes.
Dear younger Loryn,
You will grow muscles. You’ll have enough of being bullied. You’ll have enough of not being fast enough to make the track relay teams. And your body will mature. (So much so you get addicted to working out and the results. People even call you manly! Ha! Imagine that)
All of the girls who are chasing boys, will stop playing sports. You will live out your dream because you are dedicating everything to it. You’ll even miss prom to workout in the gym (and you won’t regret it😂)
You won’t quit basketball even though you have thoughts about it.
Actually, the sport will change your entire life. The sport will lead you to the weight room permanently where you will guide others and transform peoples’ lives. You will make a real difference. 🥺😳
It won’t perfect.. Your anxiety will worsen as you get older… this is just the beginning. But at the age of 28 you will be able to handle it. It will no longer be debilitating. You will have negative thoughts. You will want to quit. BUT YOU WON’T. And for this, God will give you EVERYTHING in the right time…
A bit of advice…
1. Staying up all night won’t change the outcome of your basketball game.
2. Dimming your light won’t make people like you more.
3. Being quiet is not a bad thing, it’s actually your strength. You will one day wish you had that same patience.
4. Vices will not save you and running from your problems will only prolong the pain.
5. What happens around you does not define you. You will see more than you should… but you will have a drive only you can have from your experiences.
You will “make it”. You will do everything you said you would and more.
You will build a brand, a team, and meet some of the most amazing people EVER.
You will have a positive space on social media where you connect with kind people and make friends with people who support you. Just keep moving frwrd baby girl!!!!
I’m proud of you.

I haven’t been very active the past few days but I’ve had a pretty weird week 🥴🥴🥴
Fracture in my ankle and ligament tear.
I’ve had ankle injuries over the years but my last serious one was 4 years ago. 😳
What a timeeee. All in God’s plan though I’m just a vessel 🙏🏽🫶🏽
