As winter approaches and the weather gets cooler, please take warming up properly seriously!

The 15-20 (really should be 45) minutes you think you’re saving now could cost you so much! At best, you won’t dance as well without warming up. And at worst, some injuries requires months or years to recover.

Feet, Ankles, Knees, Quads & Hamstrings, Hips, Abs, Spine, Shoulders, Arms, and Neck. All of these parts are more subject to injury if you don’t care for them by warming them up BEFORE you jump, push your extension, or stretch, etc. (Stretching is not part of warming up.)

Do it for your future self!
