After a long break, it felt wonderful to resume Chair Yoga for our seniors today.
The excitement and enthusiasm in the room were truly heart-warming. Smiles, laughter, and a shared sense of joy filled the space as everyone moved and exercised together happily. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do—movement, connection, and well-being at every stage of life.

Swasth Seniors 2K Walk – A Step Towards Wellness and Nature
On July 27th, Swasth Yoga hosted a joyful 2K walk as part of the Swasth Seniors program. This special event was designed to help seniors reconnect with nature, experience the power of grounding, and celebrate Plastic-Free July.
Despite the warm weather, our seniors enthusiastically participated in gentle warm-up stretches and embarked on a mindful walk. The walk encouraged movement, connection, and reflection on living in harmony with the Earth.
After the walk, everyone gathered for fun sit-down games, delightful conversation, and enjoyed chai with a traditional Indian snack, creating a warm sense of community and joy. It was truly a refreshing and meaningful start to a Sunday morning, promoting health, happiness, and environmental awareness.
