K and K Earthworks racing team attended Super Bowl speedway last night with Kinsley cook running restrictor and Kamirin Cook running double duty in A-class and restrictor.
Restrictor Heat race: Kinsley cook started pole and lead the race until a battle for the lead broke out causing both leaders to DNF allowing Kamirin cook to sneak the win from the last row.
A-Class heat: with a stacked heat Kamirin started 2nd and fell back to 5th

Restrictor Feature: Kamirin Cook started pole and lead the whole race green to checkered! Kinsley cook started 6th and finished with a 6th.

A-class feature: Kamirin cook finishing the night with a 12th place.

Another great night for K&K Earthworks racing team and Bufords Speedshop. Picking up 2 feature wins, 1 in Masters and 1 in Restrictor!

Chase Cook swept the Masters class starting 2nd in the heat race and taking the checkered! Lining him up outside pole for the Feature race. Around 6 laps in chase made the pass for lead and never looked back! Not bad for all the rust he had on him!

Kamirin Cook started 4th in the heat race and finished 2nd lining her up also on the outside pole. She took the lead from lap 1 and checked out going 2 in a row with feature wins!

K and K Earthworks racing team raced at 105 speedway this passed weekend. There were 43 A-Class and 14 Restrictors to compete against. Kinsley and Kamirin kicked the night off with heat race wins!
Kinsley cook started 6th place and was up to 1st by lap 1 with a perfect start!!
Kamirin Cook started 1st In her heat race and lead it from green to checkered.
Weldon Buford started 6th and picked up a Heat race win.
Kamirin cook raced in Non-Wing A-class as well she started 6th and finished 5th putting her 3rd place in the first Bmain and picking up a Bmain win!

For the Restrictor A-main Kinsley started inside front row with sister Kamirin on the outside of her.
Kamirin got the early lead and lead it from green to checkered with Kinsley finishing right behind her in 2nd place!! Kamirin collecting 2 wins in a row now in the Restrictor class!
Weldon Buford started 3rd place and came across the checkered in 4th in Non wing A-Main
Kamirin cook started 21st and DNF

Saturday’s race for the KandK Earthworks team went great. The girls started the night off with 2 heat race victories, which lines them up side by side on the front row in the feature race! Kinsley Cook took the early lead and lead the race for a quite some time until sister Kamirin came knockin on the door. The girls traded the top 2 spots for a few laps with some really close and entertaining racing but somehow never touched! With 1 lap left Kinsley fell back to 3rd while Kamirin Cook stretched her lead out and finished 1st place!!

Chase Cook started pole on his heat race and battled really hard with Mike Walling for the lead ending up in 2nd for heat race. Chase lined up 8th in the feature and was up to 4th and then later on fell back to a 7th place finish. Not bad for all the rust he has on him!

Weldon Buford started 6th in his heat and finished 3rd. After a interesting re draw Weldon started 6th in the feature and was broke down in the infield before the first lap finishing with a DNF.

K and K Earthworks LLC racing team will be back in action at Gulf Coast Speedway TONIGHT! Drivers meeting will start at 6:00pm and racing starts shortly after.

Kinsley Cook and Kamirin Cook will be competing in the Restrictor class.

KandK Earthworks racing Team set out for 105 speedway this passed weekend in Cleveland Texas for the second race of the season. A quite successful weekend through out the whole team on Saturday night. Kamirin Cook ran double duty in the 01 car for Nonwing and her 30K in restrictor. Kinsley cook piloting her 29K in Restrictor and Weldon in the 41T.
A-class nonwing heat: Kamirin and Weldon were first out for heat races Kamirin finishing 3rd with a tough heat and Weldon picking up the win.

Restrictor Heat: Kinsley cook picked up her first heat race win of the year from 4th place!
Kamirin cook finished her heat race with a 2nd place!

A-class Non wing feature: Kamirin cook handed the steering wheel over to Mike Walling for feature race where mike started 26th and finished with a 9th place collecting the hard charger award passing 17 cars!
Weldon Buford started on pole and lead it from green to checkers picking up the first feature win of the year for the KandK Earthworks team!

Restrictor Feature: Kinsley cook started on the pole and lead the race for a few laps then settled in 2nd and finished with a 2nd place!
Kamirin cook started in 4th and fell back a few spots early in the race then charged her way back up to 4th for a 4th place finish!

All top 5’s for the primary drivers of the team and cars rolled into the trailer in one piece ended the night with total satisfaction.

Kinsley got to hang out with one of her favorite drivers this weekend. She spent some time checking out her car and walking the pits with her. Kinsley was a little shy Friday night but when she woke up Saturday she asked if I could get her to the track so she could ask McKenna Haase if she could clean her fuel filter and grease her bars for her. As soon as we pulled in she went to McKenna’s trailer. Then we went over to the NASCAR race and Kinsley and Kamirin Cook spent some time hanging out with another one of there favorite drivers Christopher Bell at his motor home and driving him around on the golf cart. Then Mr. Richard took the girls up on the roof top to spot during the races. It was a great weekend at the track even if the girls and Weldon Buford was not racing.

We had a good time at HOT Speedway last light and looking for a better night tonight at Superbowl Speedway!

Another Great weekend of racing for the girls! Raced in Louisiana the first night headed home and finished the weekend @ Gulf Coast. Both the girls did great Kami got third and Kinsley finished sixth.
