I've provide CONOCO with fitness services as a wellness instructor and coach for 17 years. Here are some photos of some participants. I work with kids to adults and everything in between.

My daughter as a sophomore 400 meter sprinter. She had a good year. She made it to regionals, 4 in district and 4 in area. She broke 2 school records and was a part of a team that broke the 4x400 meter record. Good job!!!
