After almost 20 years together the two kids in the first slide are completely different people.

It’s an interesting feeling growing up and evolving with the same person for so long. It’s been work though, we change, make mistakes and hopefully learn from them.

In this chapter of our lives making a real effort to connect and reconnect when it’s so easy to stay in the parents/partner role.

For the last 10 or so years Susie and I have lead a couples Thai Massage workshop. Getting to see other’s connect with loved ones whether it be their partner, family member or even a friend through loving and healing hands has always been a reminder for us tend to those seeds we have sown so long ago!

We are so excited to share space with each other again this year. February 10th 1-3 .breathing.room and really return to that grounding place.

How is started 1st Trills (2005) vs how it’s going Trills (2023). I’m overwhelmed and slightly exhausted. I’ll fill in the gaps over the next few days. Today is the first day in a long time when I have nothing to do but be with the family.

What an incredible time! Thank you to everyone who pulled up to either Black Swan Yoga or Axelrad. Thank you to everyone that donated anything to the cause.

The sheer amount of toys raised this year makes my heart so friggen happy. So with that a couple of things:

Last 2 event of this TRILLS season is almost here!
Come out to Kirby Saturday 3-5 for a Houston inspired Trill flow.

Stay after class for some refreshments, tamales as we help wrap toys for the kids to open on Christmas Day!

We will also be pulling the winner for our fit session raffle!

Then onto our closing ceremony kicks off at 6pm. Some of Houston best artists sharing a stage for a night of high quality live music. Tell a friend to tell a friend!
