Six HIM from F3 West Houston gathered at Katz’s for a fellowship (2ndF) centered lunchtime meetup — and it did not disappoint.

Good food. Strong coffee. Plenty of laughs. And even better conversation.

These mid-day meetups are where the bonds get stronger — beyond the workouts, beyond the AO — just men breaking bread and getting to know each other better.

Brotherhood doesn’t clock out at 7:30 a.m.

The Point Turns 4 — And the Show Absolutely Went On

If anyone doubted whether The Point’s 4-Year Anniversary BD would happen, they clearly don’t know The Point.

The forecast threatened scattered showers… then upgraded to a 90% chance of heavy rain. There were murmurs. There were consultations with the town elders. There were discussions about rescheduling.

The unanimous verdict?

The show must go on.

And go on it did.

At 5:45 a.m., 54 Pax — including one brave FNG — began descending upon the Tallowood parking lot like clockwork. Two well-organized camps had been preparing for weeks.

On one side: Pitbull and his crew of misfits — Insane, Bandsaw, RX, Warthog, Lionheart, and Aardapel — rehearsed, primed, and pacing like chained dogs ready to be unleashed.

On the other: a logistics dream team — WhiteWater, Vector, Paddle, Bieber, Gladiator, PBS, and BlueScreen — armed with spreadsheets, sign-ups, sticky notes, and flow charts so detailed they probably accounted for the last sugar packet in the coffeeteria.

At exactly 6:30 a.m., the whistle blew. The disclaimer was disclaimed. The CPR Q was identified. Instructions were delivered with confidence to an enthusiastic and slightly rowdy crowd.

Then came the moment: one courageous FNG stepped forward, volunteering to sweat alongside 50 strangers before sunrise. A battle buddy was assigned, and the mumblechatter began in earnest.

The Pax split into three rotating stations:

Upper Body (Insane & Lionheart)

Lower Body (Bandsaw & Warthog)

Core/Cardio (RX & Aardapel)

Ten minutes per station. Two minutes to travel. No wasted motion.

After the final rotation, the group reassembled for what was advertised as a cool-down. Instead, Pitbull finally unleashed weeks of pent-up intensity in a rapid-fire cardio smoker that ensured no one coasted across the finish line.

At 7:30 sharp, time was called.

The Name-O-Rama was recorded.
The FNG was christened TraderJoe.
Gratitude was expressed.
And a personal milestone for BlueScreen was celebrated.

Four years in, The Point isn’t slowing down.

Rain or shine — the men show up. 👊

Rehabbies 2026 was an absolute hit — and no one even pulled a hamstring accepting an award.

Thank you to all who came, who saw, and who somehow still had enough energy to clap. West Houston showed out this year, and the Rehabbies reminded us just how much ground (and pre-dawn concrete) we covered together.

🏆 Rehabbie Award Highlights 🏆

The Gloomtrottiest Award
Awarded to the HIM who visited all 8 West Houston AOs… twice during the Gloomtrotter Challenge. When asked “why?” he replied, “Because it was there.”

The Magellan Award
26 unique AOs.
10 different regions.
Led workouts in 8 of them.
At this point, we are fairly certain TSA knows him by name!

Rookie of the Year
130 workouts in his first season and 63% of all possible beatdowns since his first bootcamp.

Honorable mention to the rookies right behind him — blink and you’ll miss them.

Hall Pass Man of the Year & King of Gloomtrotting
245 workouts.
78% of all possible workouts.
A pile of Double Downs for good measure.
Sleep? Optional. Commitment? Absolute.

Huge congratulations to all finalists and every HIM who showed up, led, and leaned in this year.

Keep accelerating, Men of West Houston. The gloom awaits. 💪

Challenge made. Promise kept. Mission accomplished.

The men of The Corridor AO recently gathered to celebrate their victory in the Double Down Challenge, and it was about far more than winning.

Throughout the month of November, PAX across F3 West Houston committed to showing up earlier than usual, putting in extra work, and—most importantly—building deeper bonds of encouragement and accountability. Cold mornings, tired legs, and plenty of shared laughs did the rest.

When the dust settled, The Corridor outlasted the competition, and today’s celebration brought together men from multiple locations to recognize the effort, discipline, and brotherhood behind the win.

If you’re looking for a group of men committed to growing stronger—physically, mentally, and as leaders—we’d love to have you.

📍 Workouts run Monday through Saturday across the area.
No experience required. Just a willingness to show up.

Celebrating One Year of The Valley 💪

On Thursday, December 11th, 2025 Anno Domini, the F3 AO affectionately known as The Valley, located on the eastern edge of the F3 West Houston region, marked its first anniversary.

Meeting every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 AM, this AO delivers 45 minutes of tough-but-fun fitness designed to strengthen bodies, sharpen leadership, and build meaningful community among men.

Like any worthwhile endeavor, The Valley began with a few doubts. But strong leadership, consistency, and determination quickly proved the vision sound. Those early misgivings evaporated—much like sweat on a cold winter morning.

To celebrate, nearly 50 men assembled on the manicured grounds of Christ Presbyterian, honoring an AO that has become a thriving hub of fellowship, fitness, and faith-driven leadership.

Here’s to many more years of early mornings, growing stronger together, and believing in something greater than ourselves.

Happy Anniversary, The Valley.

The Fall was one for the books!

After almost four months of sitting patiently in the Announcements section, the long-awaited Houston Beer Ruck finally happened—and it could not have landed on a more perfect evening.

More than 50 HIM joined us, including a strong showing of men experiencing F3 for the very first time.

Under cool skies we tackled a ~7-mile ruck along Terry Hershey Park, exercising both our muscles and our sense of fellowship… with a little help from some craft brews along the way.

A huge thank-you to our evening hosts for steering the ship, and to all those who embraced the “Always Be Reaching Out” mindset—inviting friends, neighbors, and coworkers to be part of something memorable.

An extra-special shout out goes to the host who set up an “unexpected hydration station,” blessing the ruck line with Yellow Rose on tap right at the moment when morale and moisture levels were dangerously low. Absolute lifesaver. 🍺🙌

The night closed out with laughs, stories, and even a detour past what was dubbed “the best-decorated house in the neighborhood.” Rumor has it it belongs to one of us… but no one can remember who! 😆🎄

Let’s run it back soon.

Evenings/Nights like this strengthen the bonds that make F3 great.

As we gather, celebrate, and enjoy time with our brothers, a quick reminder from the F3 spirit: enjoy your beverages responsibly and in a way that supports your fitness, health, and the goals you’re working hard for. 🍻
