We require you to think, use your brain as well as your muscles, learn, challenge yourself, try new things you never thought you could, and practice new skills that require you to be focused and present. We teach you how to move your body with proper mechanics, stability, balance, and agility. You will feel the results in your everyday life. Classes are designed for scalability and apply equally well to all individuals no matter their age or fitness level – as long as they are willing to put forth the effort. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness level and experience. This means everyone does the “same” workout varied only by their ability to perform it. What we do is not easy; the workouts are vigorous, but simply put, IT WORKS.
