Oh my gossshhhhhhh 3 days off from the gym trying to recover from a knee injury ((doctor's orders)) π I'm back and feeling like a million bucks!!!--- Thank goodness for preserving my muscle while mama was out sick π πͺπ½

News flash!!!!! The sugars in foods like sodas, cereals, packaged foods, and snacks, when eaten in excess cause WEIGHT GAIN, HEART DISEASE, DIABETES, MOOD SWINGS, and more.
If you don't believe me then do your research-----A study at the Harvard School of Public Health found that a high-sugar diet definitely increases your risk of getting diabetes!!!! And by adding just ONE serving of a sweetened beverage each day to your diet INCREASES that risk by 15 percent!
People I don't care if you have a 6-pack of abs or are able to flex in the mirror, I'm trying to SAVE YOUR LIVES!!!!!!! ((Diabetes was the 7th leading cause of death in the U.S. In 2010, just throwing that out there...)) -- Don't make choices today that could lead to your death tomorrow!!!!!!!

If you fail to plan, then plan to fail!
Not only does packing your meals keep your nutrition on track but it also saves a butt load of money!! All this food shown here for one whole day of eating cost me less than $10! And you're able to control what goes into your body, instead of stopping at fast food joints for every meal wasting money and wrecking your metabolism and hard work in the gym! --- So save some money and make your own food but remember at the end of the day your health, well-being, confidence and energy are PRICELESS!!!!

Salmon is so amazingly delicious and filled with so many vitamins and minerals! I'm trying to recover from my knee tendinitis right now and salmon is a great anti-inflammatory food to eat! πͺπ½ππ½
