Mission: Stars Gymnastics Training Center, a Limited Liability Company, is to promote the sport of gy Team Members attend in-house meetings each month.
Stars Gymnastics offers various programs which include: Themed Birthday Parties, Seasonal Camps, Flip Flop Shops, Parent's Night Out, Lock-In's, Private Instruction Lessons, Cheer & Tumbling Classes, Boys & Girls Gymnastics Classes, Pre-School Classes (starting at 12mths), Competitive teams through the Elite level and more. All Stars Gymnastics Team Members (our staff) are highly trained in safety procedures, gymnastics curriculum, class/child management and leadership techniques.

Emma is a Level 8 Gymnast who trains at the Katy Facility. Sunday, she collapsed due to a blood vessel rupture in her brain. She is currently continuing her fight to recover. Our goal is to help her family in any way possible with expenses. Please pray for the Sorensen family.

Gymnastics is a fun way to get kids on the move and active!
Stars Gymnastics Preschool Classes are separated by age and are divided into groups. Each class will include a warm-up period and gymnastics instruction through circuit training. All Preschool classes are co-ed. 🌟

At Stars Gymnastics, we offer classes for boys and girls aged 6 years and up.
Our tumbling classes are for those athletes looking to focus primarily on the tumbling aspect of gymnastics. These classes are taught on the floor exercise, trampoline, and tumble track.

Our Girls Gymnastics class Level 2- Intermediate is a 55-minute class that builds on the concepts you've learned previously, and introduces more advanced skills, drills, and progressions.
