The Lagree workout incorporates strength, resistance & cardio training not only in every workout but in every exercise taught. It’s a high intensity low impact 45 minute session that will leave your muscles, leaner, longer and stronger, creating noticeable tone and definition in the body. You can expect a full–body session that uses controlled movements on a MEGAFORMER™ M3S to work your slow and fast-twitch muscles to the point of failure.

✨ TECHNIQUE TUESDAY ✨

Today, Jen’s showing us Fifth Lunge — a lower body burner that levels up our lightweight lunges. 😏🔥

What we’re working on:
▪️ Lightweight spring load = more control, less momentum
▪️ Working heel grounded into the carriage — keeps the work through the glutes & hamstrings 
▪️ Hips hinged back + chest slightly forward
▪️ Knee stacked over ankle & heel for safe alignment

⭐️ Form check: Create one long, slanted line from the back of the head to the back heel. That alignment = chef’s kiss 🤌

Ways to spice up Fifth Lunge:
✨ Hold low (hello 🔥 burn)
✨ Add moon walker by bending/extending the back leg
✨ Level up with split squats

Quick reminder: the red cables are for support, not pulling. Keep a light grip to target the legs 🍑

💗 GET YOUR PINK BACK 💗

Today we had the BEST time hosting the amazing women of for a workout + social at Wicked Core!

For many, this was their very first time on the Megaformer (and hopefully not their last 😉). Mandie led these ladies through the shakes, the sweat, and all the strength that comes with trying something new.

Because around here, we’re all about building community while building muscles, confidence, and healthy habits. 💪✨

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY ✨

Today, Andie is breaking down a Mega favorite: Skating 🔥

At Wicked Core, we typically cue this move on 1 red + 1 yellow spring — our standard spring load. Feeling strong? You can always level up with heavier springs… but remember: form first, always. 👏

Here’s what we’re looking for in this move:
▪️ Set up in a low squat hold at the front of the Mega
▪️ Chest angled slightly forward with hips hinged back
▪️ A long, neutral spine — think straight line from the back of your head through your tailbone
▪️ Knees stacked over heels with heels grounded into the platform & carriage

⬆️ This is where we build the burn in the isolation & stability. 🔥

The magic of this move? The hips stay in a fixed position while the secondary working leg presses the heavy carriage outward from the outer thigh then controls the resistance back in.

Slow, controlled resistance > rushing through reps every time.

Andie added some pulses here too 🔥 Same control, smaller range of motion, extra spice.

Today, Ally is hopping on the Mega to break down one of our favorite core burners — the Kneeling Crunch 🔥

Here’s what’s happening in this Lagree move:

▪️ Primary focus: the central core
▪️ Typically done on 1–2 yellow springs at the front + 1 yellow at the back
▪️ Set up in a modified forearm plank position with:
 ✨ shoulders stacked over elbows
 ✨ knees & shins grounded
 ✨ abs lifting up and in to create that deep core contraction

And the fun part? The Kneeling Crunch has options 👀

✨ Performed in multiple positions on the Mega
✨ Twisted variations to target the obliques
✨ Add-ons like pulses, saw, or even an inchworm combo for an extra challenge 🔥

Slow, controlled movement + deep core engagement = the kind of burn that keeps you coming back 😏
