Please note: We will NOT have classes Monday due to Memorial Day. Classes will officially begin Tuesday, May 27th.
Each challenge includes a day of Pilates throughout the week to help improve mobility, recovery, flexibility, and core strength while balancing your training.

This is your sign to finally try Pilates!
Dalila creates such a welcoming, intentional environment. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been coming for a while, you’ll feel taken care of. Her classes focus on core strength, toning, mobility, and control, all in a heated setting that helps you really connect to your body. It’s challenging in the best way and leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned, and refreshed.
