Beautiful day to workout in nature. Trained old school using the trees for gerk(kicking practice) and ma (footwork/ stance practice) and the uneven ground helped solidify how to step and not loose balance. Adding this spot into the rotation.

Stopped by Chuck Norris’s Ranch here in Texas. I grew up watching his movies and his friendship with Bruce Lee (who studied Wing Chun Kung Fu which became the foundation for his Jeet Kuen Do) was legendary.

Students have been working hard. From the forms to drills to applications we have been covering a lot of info and the students are putting in the hard work to learn it all.

Made it to the Mothership for training with Sifu in California! Always a Greta workout and time. Sifu had me working hard on my Bot Chan Doe from and applications. Feel like i leveled up with all the work! Thanks Sifu!
