I always do my best to do at least 2-3 of MY workouts per week. While I move all day during my private sessions, move with Layla or teach classes I need to do those 2-3 workouts focused all by myself (or even workout with Layla).
The type of workout depends always on how I feel - today I felt good and lot of energy but not really much time so HIIT was it 👊🏼 3 rounds, short intervals, done in about 20 minutes - that was absolutely what I needed today 🙌🏼
