The 2026 Waller County Fair Horse Show is shaping up to be a noteworthy event. 🔥🐴

What a great night at TAG-IN last week! Excited to see so many new faces and familiar ones coming together for another year of horses, hard work, and good times. The energy already feels different this year, and we’re looking forward to making this the best show yet. Here’s to great shows and an unforgettable year ahead!

Join us December 11 in the Barbara Carpenter building at the Waller County Fairgrounds, 6:30pm.

We will elect officers and start planning next year’s show. We will see you there.

🚨 URGENT NOTICE FOR HORSE OWNERS 🚨
Confirmed outbreak of Equine Herpesvirus Type 1 (EHV-1) in Texas.

Stay informed and take proactive precautions to protect your horses.

EHV-1 is a highly contagious virus that can cause: respiratory illness and Neurologic disease (Equine Herpes Myeloencephalopathy, EHM).

Watch for These Signs
• Fever: 101.5 or higher.
• Nasal discharge or cough
• Loss of appetite
• Hind-end weakness or incoordination
• Drooping tail, urine dribbling


Limit unnecessary movement of horses during this outbreak.
