Big congrats to all the ladies who completed our most recent defense class. it was a great group.

We are looking to have a one day class at the end of July so spread the word and stay tuned for more details on time and location.

We are coming up on the final class for our most recent self defense course. This group has been great.

Just a quick reminder class is on Friday this week.

The June 4-week Self Defense course through Mayes Martial Arts Academy is starting THIS Thursday, June 6 at 6:30pm. for those of you who signed up we look forward to seeing you there. If you have not signed up yet there is still room. The course will be held at Three Strands Place, 10419 West Hidden Lake Lane, Richmond, TX 77406.
