Arrived to service an espresso machine. Discovered a rolling pin on drip tray duty. Cookies sunbathing next to the steam wand. Chicken bouillon peeping the whole operation. Back of house is a lawless place. My soul needs a moment.😭

Snowballs, anyone?
Service Request: “Machine won’t heat. Shuts off. Maintenance unplugged it.”
What we found? Eversys cleaning balls were inside the dispenser when an unknown liquid agent was poured directly on top of them. They swelled, hardened, and turned the contents of the ball dispenser into concrete snowballs damaging electrical components and shutting the entire system down.
Moral of the story: if it doesn't say “pour here” don't pour there.☠️
