Named one of the Top 25 Realtors in Houston for 2021 by the Houston Business Journal, Jemila is a formidable team leader and nationally recognized real estate coach. Her expertise has led her to become one of Houston's top real estate producers. The same Journal acknowledged her as one of the Top Female Executives in Real Estate, a prestigious honor highlighting the city's most impactful female industry leaders. Additionally, the Houston Black Real Estate Association recognized her as the #1 Top Producing Black Realtor in Houston and she was listed among the Top 20 Realtors by HAR. Jemila's contributions to the industry and her community have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, she received the Phenomenal Woman Award from both Fort Bend County and the American Caribbean Chamber of Commerce. The Greater Houston Black Chamber also awarded her and her husband the highly esteemed Pinnacle Award. An established author, Jemila penned the book, 'The ABCs of BPOs.' As a contributor and speaker for Inman News and RISMedia, her voice carries weight in the industry. After more than two decades in business, Jemila has become a thought leader and industry influencer. Her journey to success was not without hurdles - she even faced homelessness at one point.
