Is my go-to at the moment, it’s easy & fast. Just take 2 tbs of coconut oil or shea butter & add 2 drops of any of the essential oils mentioned above. 👆🏽 Massage down the back/Spine , chest &/or bottoms of feet. Once or twice per day is okay.
