⏱⏱ 5 Quick Tips to Lose Belly Fat After 40
1. Only consume calories from 12-8…consume means EAT or DRINK
2. Eat plants at the beginning of each meal…fruits or veggies first, the fiber fills you up and keeps blood sugar down
3. Make dinner your only big meal of the day. Light lunch, afternoon snack, big dinner
4. Sleep at least 6 hours a night, 7 is even better.
5. Walk at a brisk pace for 30 minutes in the morning, and 30 minutes in the evening.

1. Belly Fat turns your man hormone into the woman hormone. Fat releases the hormone “Aromatase” that converts Testosterone into Estrogen.
2. Belly Fat causes Diabetes or Insulin Resistance…Diabetes and Insulin Resistance lowers testosterone.
3. Belly Fat makes it harder to sleep, lack of sleep kills our testosterone levels. Lack of sleep raises the stress hormone “Cortisol” which lowers Testosterone
4. Belly Fat makes it harder to exercise at a high intensity. High intensity exercise for short duration is best for raising testosterone.

A lot of men over 45 years old think they are "Over the Hill" and are past the age of having their ultimate body. NOT TRUE!
No we cannot go from overweight to ripped overnight. But it is amazing what we can do in 90 days...like easily lose 20-40 pounds.
