• 500 m Row or 400 m Run
• 50 Burpee Broad Jump (SYNC)
• 50 Plate OH Lunges (SYNC)
• 500 m Row or 400 m Run
• 50 KB Swing (SYNC)
• 50 Cal Bike
• 500 m Row or 400 m Run
• 50 Pull-Ups
• 50 Push-Ups (SYNC)

This is a team of 2, for time workout.
Both athletes work together to complete all the movements in the order shown.

For each 500 m row (or 400 m run), the team must complete the distance first, then move immediately to the listed exercises.
All movements marked (SYNC) must be performed at the same time by both athletes, counting only synchronized reps.

Movements without (SYNC) can be split between partners as needed, but only one athlete works at a time unless specified.

The goal is to finish the entire workout as fast as possible while keeping good synchronization and teamwork.
