Less than a month with my client.
Results speak for themselves.
Can you believe she is actually eating MORE than she was and getting results like this!😨
Ladies, STOP restricting yourselves.
👉🏻 She was eating 1x a day and about 6 coffees running on stress and high cortisol. She was in the mindset of do more and eat less which was leaving her with less and less energy. Had to pull her out of this quickly.
🫱🏻🫲🏼 We have currently been priming her metabolism for a fat loss phase and getting her body to burn through her food as fuel. Eating MORE and MORE of the right foods and correct proportions.
🔥She is already getting these changes with little to no weight change on the scale. Your body won’t want to let go of the fat if you don’t focus on giving it the nutrients it needs first. It’s incredibly resilient. Also… take the dang progress pics!
Things have been far from perfect— but you don’t need to be perfect to make progress. She is a doctor who works nights and has been challenged with sleep. This has been a huge focus of ours.
No crazy hrs in the gym either!!!
👉🏻2x a week strength training w/me + 1x on own on a program. We train with INTENSITY. No BS.
👉🏻2x a week LISS cardio
🤙🏻 steps & nutrition in line with her training and goals
She has been building quality habits and skills that sync with her life and preferences. I give her the foundational roadmap and together we work to integrate it with her life.
She has been learning how to let go of wanting immediate results (something she told me she likes as an ER doctor) digging into the process of TUNING IN everyday.
Day after day she is setting herself up for long term success through trial error and a whole lot of messiness - no quick fix could ever teach you what you actually need to go through for long term sustainable change. I’m a damn proud coach!

Exciting news for all our Texas Flex Fitness members!
We have some upcoming changes that we are thrilled to share with you. Starting at the end of August, we will be adding complementary towel service at the front desk for your convenience. And that’s not all - we will also be adding another sauna towards the end of the month and introducing hot yoga classes in September.
But wait, there’s more! By the end of September, we will be adding 6 new pieces of equipment to our gym lineup. Get ready for the Pendulum Squat, Multi Chest Press, Viking press/Calf Raise Combo, Plate Loaded Pull Over Machine, DeadLift/Squat/Lunge Machine, as well as the Low Peck Fly Plate Loaded Machine.

Posting past client wins because I never did! I was training her 2-3x a week in person, and she was on hybrid program so had the additional days to complete on her own plus nutrition. Took some time off with training the past month due to life but can’t wait to continue this on!

She has been ON IT👏🏻 Closed in on 7 weeks together. First month we set up her metabolism well & now it’s just doing its thing! The jump from the last two weeks has been crazy 🤯
Most noticeably legs, love handles and back❤️ A 3-4 lb difference/drop in weight since we started.
She’s came to me feeling a little stuck although she has strength trained multiple times a week already.
She is now strength training 4x a week, 1x HIIT day with core work or Pilates / Bare, cardio & steps. OH, & good meals she actually enjoys because I LISTEN to my clients. 🗣️ She said she barely feels like she is on a diet. Them volume foods 🔥 1700 + calories too.
Traveled multiple times in 7 weeks together & is a busy realtor. Super proud. You can do it too with a little structure, accountability & being real with yourself.
