When I fell most of the impact and injury was to my right hip . So my tail shaker is not working correctly LOL ! I start physical therapy today , I’m so ready to work on getting back to my normal routine of life without pain . Zumba Gold for today Tuesday June 28th is Canceled

I’m still recovering from a fall that injured my hip and shoulder. I am under a doctors care which advised No B***y Shaking amongst a few other movements. Zumba class is Canceled for today Thursday June 23rd 6:00 pm .

When life gets off smooth rails and you’re hanging on until the next track lets you glide right back on , that’s where I’m at ! Hanging On ! I tested positive for covid on Friday😷 ( I’m ok )and on top of that I have a bruised & banged up right side of my body (fall at work) that still hurts . With that said I will have to CANCEL ZUMBA GOLD class tomorrow Tuesday June 14th
