🚨 NCAA 5TH YEAR RULE UPDATE 🚨

Athletes, parents, and recruits..the game is changing.

✅ Your 5-year clock starts when you enroll full-time in college (or after your 19th birthday, whichever comes first).

✅ Athletes can now compete in up to 5 seasons during that 5-year window.

❌ Traditional redshirting is eliminated.

❌ Medical and hardship waivers are no longer common and are limited to specific situations such as pregnancy, active-duty military service, and official religious missions.

The message is simple: Every season matters. Every opportunity counts.
