TBT | If only I knew then what God was preparing me for✨

NPC National Championship Class F of 17 incredible best of the best women… and walked away an IFBB Pro. One of the biggest national shows in the country, a moment I’ll never forget.

From earning my pro card to my highest pro placing at RGV Top 10… whewwww! Hungry to see just how far I can go #2026.

Watching the amateurs gear up for Nationals this weekend has me excited like it’s my own peak week all over again. I feel every ounce of those nerves, that fire, that dream you’ve been working hard for.

Good luck and … I’m cheering for y’all so hard. Go shine. ✨

Grateful for this sport, grateful for the journey, and grateful for every athlete brave enough to step on that stage. Keep believing in yourself… the version you’re becoming is worth every rep, every setback, and every comeback. 💫🏆✨

The greatest gifts aren’t bought, they’re right here.

While everyone’s out Black Friday shopping, I’m ( working out) & taking a moment to slow down and truly appreciate what I already have. 🤎 This Thanksgiving gave me everything my heart needed; from a powerful 4-generation photo with my great-grandma, my mom, me, and my girls, to the realist moments with my brother and mom. Every memory held so much love, history, and meaning.

I’m living in days I once prayed for, and I thank God for every chapter on my timeline, the hard ones, the healing ones, and the beautiful ones like this.

May this remind someone: don’t rush past the blessings right in front of you. Your family, your moments, your right now… it’s truly priceless. 🤎

16 lbs up post-show. Food steady. Strength climbing. PRs bussin’. Locked in on one thing — PLANTING MY MARK. 📈
Season 2026… I’m preparing to walk into any room READY.

The holidays are here, and yes, it’s easy to slide into Big Back Activities 😂🍽️ but staying on track doesn’t mean skipping the fun. Here’s how I’m keeping it tight while still enjoying Thanksgiving:

✨ 1. Eat like an athlete, not a runaway plate.
Build your plate with protein first, then veggies, then whatever fun you want. Leading with protein keeps you full and stops the spiral.

✨ 2. Hydrate BEFORE the meal.
Half your bodyweight in ounces, drink up. Most “hunger” on holidays is dehydration in disguise.

✨ 3. Get a quick pump in.
Even a 20–30 min workout or walk makes your body more insulin-sensitive, meaning your food works for you, not against you.

✨ 4. Don’t take leftovers home if you know yourself.
Listen… discipline is also knowing your weaknesses. Leave the chaos at Mama’s house!

✨ 5. ONE plate, not a trilogy.
You don’t need a sequel and definitely not a part three. Enjoy, but don’t wild out.

✨ 6. Get right back to routine the next day.
No guilt. No starving yourself. No “starting Monday.” Just return to structure.

Staying committed through the holidays is what separates “I want it” from “I made it.” 2026… I’m not just entering rooms. I’m taking up space. ✨🫡😤
