Hearing the reactions and seeing everyone come together is something we’ll never forget. This little man is already so loved.

Train Like You Still Compete

This one’s simple but hits everything:
500m row + 20 wall balls
Rest 60 sec
Repeat for 40 minutes

Conditioning, leg endurance, mental toughness—all in one.

As dads, it’s easy to fall off… but if you still play sports or want to keep up with your kids, you’ve gotta train for it.

No fluff. Just work.

Watching Jessica go through her first trimester while still showing up, staying consistent, and taking care of her body the RIGHT way… it’s different this time.

With our first baby, we were in different cities — she was in Austin and I was in Houston. It made it tough to build a consistent routine, and we didn’t have the same structure we have now.

Now?
We’re in the same city. Same schedule. Same mission.

Her training is intentional and Bella gets to come to the gym, which means I get moments with both of them during my long days… and that right there is everything.
