In my work, connection is everything.
Fitness and health are about more than exercises and programs—they’re about people. That’s why I make it a priority to check in personally, ask how someone’s day is going, and listen. 💙
Because when we feel seen and supported, change becomes possible.
I’d love to know—what’s something new you’ve been up to lately?

Do you ever notice leaking when you jog, do jumping jacks, or even laugh too hard?
Here’s the thing most women don’t realize: leaking isn’t just about your pelvic floor muscles being “weak.”
It’s often about how your whole body is positioned when you move.
For example, when your pelvis is tucked under or your weight is shifted too far forward, your body has to “borrow” from other muscles — like your quads or back — instead of letting your glutes and pelvic floor do their job.
That means:
🔹 More pressure on your bladder
🔹 Less support from the muscles that should be helping
🔹 And yes… more chance of leaking during impact
The good news? ✨ When you learn how to stack your rib cage, pelvis, and feet in better alignment, your core + pelvic floor can actually work for you, not against you.
That’s exactly what we’ll cover in my FREE 3-Day Mini-Challenge: simple strategies to realign your posture, support your pelvic floor, and move without worry.

✨ Did you know your pelvic floor is more than just about “kegels”?Most people overlook the pelvic floor when it comes to strength or performance training, especially beyond postpartum rehab. But here’s the truth:👉 It’s a powerhouse for pressure management, hip mobility, and force absorption + production.Think of your diaphragm and pelvic floor like a trampoline:💨 On the inhale → your pelvic floor absorbs pressure.💨 On the exhale → it recoils, sending energy back up.When this system isn’t working well, your body often compensates with stiffness, poor posture, or mobility restrictions. That’s when issues like leaking, back pain, or decreased performance show up.The good news? You can retrain this system through the right progressions — even plyometric-based exercises that help your body:✅ Absorb force and open up the back of the pelvis✅ Build strength through hip internal rotation (key for stability and mobility)✅ Transition smoothly between absorbing and producing forceThese aren’t just “power” drills — they’re rehab-to-performance tools that restore how your body handles load and keep you moving strong.🔥 I’m putting together a FREE Virtual Mini-Challenge where you’ll learn simple, powerful exercises to loosen tight hips and improve pelvic floor + core function in just 3 days.👉 Want the details? 💡 Did you know your pelvic floor and your back pain could be connected?
Most women think they’re two completely separate problems—but in reality, they’re part of the same system.
Your pelvic floor isn’t just about bladder control. It’s a group of muscles that act like a supportive hammock at the base of your core. These muscles connect directly with your hips, low back, and even your breathing muscles.
When your pelvic floor is too weak OR too tight, your body has to compensate. And often, it’s your back that takes the hit. That’s why so many women in perimenopause and menopause feel like their back pain “comes out of nowhere”—but really, it’s been building up as their pelvic floor and core lose balance over time.
Add to that hormonal changes (less estrogen = weaker connective tissue), and suddenly your back feels less supported. It’s not just aging. It’s not “random.” It’s your body signaling that the system is out of alignment.
The good news? Once you understand the connection, you can address BOTH at the same time. You don’t have to choose between pelvic health and back health—they go hand-in-hand.
👉 Have you ever noticed back pain alongside pelvic floor symptoms like leaking, heaviness, or core weakness?

Ladies, let’s talk about something that’s way more important than you think… 🚨
Your pelvic floor isn’t just about stopping leaks (although that’s a HUGE win 🙌).
It’s like the Grand Central Station of your body—affecting posture, back pain, core strength, hip stability, even how well you breathe and move.
The problem?
Most women are doing the WRONG things to “fix” it…
…or ignoring it completely until symptoms get worse.
💡 On August 23rd, I’m hosting a special talk that will finally clear up the confusion.
You’ll learn:
✅ Why leaking is just one symptom of a bigger picture
✅ What’s really going on with your pelvic floor (and how it connects to everything from your abs to your back)
✅ Gentle, proven steps to start rebuilding function safely—without endless kegels or fear of injury
✨ If you’ve ever said “I guess this is just part of getting older”… this is your wake-up call.

🩷 Why Your Pelvic Floor Matters (Even If You’re Not Leaking) 🩷
Many women only think about their pelvic floor when they start experiencing leaks… but this muscle group is involved in so much more.
✅ Posture & spinal alignment
✅ Core strength & stability
✅ Breathing efficiency
✅ Hip & back comfort
✅ Athletic performance & balance
When your pelvic floor works well, your whole body works better. That’s why the FRAME Method trains it as part of a total-body approach.

Your pelvic floor isn’t just about bladder control — it’s your body’s built-in trampoline.
When you breathe:
Inhale → your diaphragm and pelvic floor move down.
Exhale → your pelvic floor springs back up.
This spring-like movement supports your hips, spine, and core — but if it’s out of sync, you can end up with pain, stiffness, or weakness.
Want to learn how to keep your pelvic floor strong and working for you?
📅 Join me on Sat, Aug 23 for a free, virtual talk.

Did you know that doing more Kegels isn’t always the answer for leaks?
Sometimes the pelvic floor muscles are too tight — and that can cause as many problems as weakness.
In my free Aug 23 talk, I’ll show you how to tell the difference (and what to do instead).
