Associations & personal organizations
Political agendas
Personal self-confidence
Alllllll of the above...

Crazy enough, none of those responsibilities above can be valued to their fullest until you maintain the value of yourself. Mind & Body should come FIRST.

Thoughts for Thursday:

Conquer your mind.
Transform your life.

This was the theme for today. I had to make an adjustment to my workout this morning - due to time and lack of equipment, and still I got it done.

Started with Day 4/5 of 10 rounds - Leg day w/weights (that I don't currently have)
Ended doing Transform 20: Cut because I knew I could get the sweat and burn in the time that I have.

Yes, I am still following my program.
Yes, I got it done!

We can plan. We can prepare. We can also accept when our brain needs something else.

Don't feel bad when today is not YOUR day. Just make adjustments, and get that personal trophy!

Motivation for the day:

Plan your workouts. 🏆

Each day you commit to a pre-scheduled workout you are more likely to actually get it done. Especially with all of distractions we can have stuck at home.

So, if you are ready to get to work and hold yourself accountable - start by setting yourself a schedule and sticking to it!

If you are worried you will "snooze" the alarm - let me know. I'll be the best accountability partner you could as for!

Reality check here:

Who else is working out from home to supplement NOT having access to their local facility (gym, studio, blackbox etc?)

I have been talking to a couple fitness friends the past couple of days - and we all agree on one thing.

M-O-T-I-V-A-T-I-O-N

is what matters at this point. You could be working from home and homeschooling as well. You could be furloughed and just trying to remember what day it is. Or, working out and staying steady from home was always your jam... it still feels a little weird.

I am here to tell you: DON'T THROW IN THE TOWEL 🙌

Lean in.
Trust yourself.
Know that even when you think you aren't,
YOU are doing a great job!

If you need that extra push, in whatever challenges you - let that feeling CHANGE you. Don't ball up, but REACH OUT!

When you start to make pretty good, you definitely share.

1/2 cup GF oatmeal
1 cup water
1/2 banana
1 tsp of peanut butter
Handful of unsalted walnuts
Tbsp of local honey

- Lack of salt helps with future cravings control.
- Local honey 🍯 helps to prevent allergies in your region.

Also - super freaking delicious!!

Who wants to see more meal plan/simple recipes for every day life?!
