...get knocked down 9 times, stand up 10. Took me months to master this handstand, but with practice, I persevered. A clear mind is so important when practicing yoga and just like anything else in life, blockages only hinder your progress.
This weeks mantra is āLokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantuā or the happiness mantra. It encourages cooperation, compassion and living in harmony with the environment, animals and our fellow human beings.

Facts, facts, FACTS! Diet is 80% of the equation. I donāt care how hard you ācardioā or āliftā, you will not get the best results through a workout alone. Iām not just saying that because Iāve heard it, because my coaches have said it to me, because I learned it getting my FNS...Iām saying it because Iāve lived it. I started on a keto diet...lost about 30 lbs which was awesome...major win. I actually started dieting before I began working out (boy I wish I could go back and change that now), but I once I started working out, I began to shed even faster....however....I was still āsoftā...was building very little muscle. Since Keto was working for my weight loss, I refused (and I do mean refused) to let me trainer touch my meal plan. Switched to a different trainer after a few months and he convinced me to give it a go. Never turned back!
Weight loss is WHAT, WHEN and WHY you eat. Eating every 2-3 hours speeds up your metabolism, reduces body fat, keeps you full so you donāt overindulge and eating a diet high in lean protein, (combined with a good workout regime) will give you those gains you seek! In other words,
