Boost your summer gains with this high intensity wall ball workout. Choose a challenging weight.

-seated slam ball rotations
-plank hold knee to elbow
-squat to press
-slam ball
-ice skaters
-forward lunge with rotation

12 reps each exercise. No rest between exercises. Rest as needed when finished. Repeat 3 to 4 times.

-Db high plank to pike toe reach 24 reps

-Db squat curl (double curl) 12 reps

-Db high plank row 12 reps each side

-Kettlebell swings (Can use a dumbbell) 20 reps

-Db alternating side lunge to upright row 12 reps

-Db burpee 12 reps

-Db bicep curl to shoulder press 12 reps

-high knees 30 reps

-jumping jacks 30 reps

Rest 2 minutes between circuits. Repeat 3 times.
