I did prenatal and yoga classes with Dylan postpartum such a great bonding experience and so good for mom!

I am a Group Fitness Instructor, Activewear Enthusiast and Happiness Advocate with 17 years of Branding, Marketing and Management experience.
I use my HIIT style fitness classes and online activewear boutique to make movement motivating and inspiring; giving busy women and mothers a fun escape to put their health and fitness goals first.
As a working mom, I know self care and living a healthy lifestyle is a priority. I believe if you are not a 100%, you can not give 100%!
