Meal Prep Monday
Look at all that color. Eat from the rainbow. Eating a variety of colors will increase your intake of different nutrients to benefit various areas of your health. So taste the rainbow and I am not talking about Skittles.😊

Still doing the . Reading 10 pages a day is my challenge. Part of the challenge is two 45 minute workouts. One workout has to be outside. I walked and did some stretching.

If you want to be successful at anything you have be consistent. This is a real problem for me. How about you?
I start so many things and stop. I am consistent for awhile but when results don't come I move on or when I get results I take a break. When you take a break it is like starting over.
You have to put in consistent work in order to see results. This is true of everything in life. It's hard to be consistent because we tend to focus on the outcome more than the process.
I can remain consistent if I focus on one goal at a time and break it down into small increments. What helps you with consistency?
A quick tabata finisher 20 sec. on/10 sec off.
Winter is coming and I am feeling it. When it is cold outside I just want to sit on the sofa wrapped in a blanket. I love being outdoors but not in the winter. I decided to do the 75 hard challenge to keep me on track mentally and physically.
Here are the rules:
A 45-minute workout (any workout) twice a day, every day (one must be outside)
1 gallon of water a day
Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book (audio doesn’t count!)
No alcohol
No cheat days
You must take a progress pic every day
I don't like the word diet. For my healthy eating lifestyle and book reading, I will read and follow How to Eat to Live. I don't drink alcohol so that will not be a problem but no chips🤔.
I am changing a couple of rules already😂. I will drink water according to my weight and more if needed. I am not starting over if I don't complete a task. I will add extra days though. Would you try this challenge? If so, what would be a struggle for you? Reading 10 pages a day will be mine since audio books don't count😥.

So good, so good! Avocado toast with jalapenos and sundried tomatoes sprinkled with nutritional yeast.

Eggless sandwich made with chickpea flour. It doesn't look like eggs or have the same texture of eggs but taste delicious. Anything is good with the right seasoning. It is all about the seasoning. Have fit fab Friday.
