Aspen joined FIT4MOM The Woodlands when her daughter Aurora was just 4 months old, and she's been a bright part of our village ever since. From her love of cooking and baking, to traveling the world (did you know she's lived in Scotland AND New Zealand?) , to cherishing those sweet "Proud mom" moments with Aurora--Aspen reminds us what motherhood and community are all about.

🎃 TUESDAY: Stroller Trick-or-Treat!
We’ll kick off with a festive Stroller Strides workout, then let the kiddos parade their costumes and trick-or-treat through the strollers! Please bring 20–25 “treats” (non-candy options welcome — think Goldfish, stickers, bubbles, or tattoos!). 🍬🍼
💥 WEDNESDAY: GLOW-IN-THE-DARK BODY BOOST at 5:30 AM!
