REMEMBER PAIN IS NOT NORMAL!!
Poor biomechanics are the lead causes in throwing sports. Strength can help reduce the likelihood of the injury and build resilience, but the poor movement patterns will ultimately catch up.

Bare minimum. This isn’t up for debate.
Your coach or instructor can make all the difference in the world when it comes to your career. Knowing when to push you, when NOT to push you, and how their athlete works helps significantly when it comes to minimizing injury.

If you want to throw 90mph, you have got to put in the work. Things don’t just magically happen. You have to CAUSE them to. Therefore, live here, know you’ll have to prepare, know it won’t be easy. Then, you’ll get to enjoy the EFFECT, the thing you worked so hard for.
