The putting green is complete, and we’re now focusing on the finishing details around the seating area and covered patio.

It begins with proper load calculations, selecting the right equipment, and identifying the safest and most efficient location.

This beam used to cut the room in half. Low, heavy, and dated.

We’ll be making a few adjustments to perfect the ambiance of this backyard. This backyard project is coming together beautifully.

This bathroom already had great bones-
good size, custom cabinetry, real stone granite, and large windows. We kept what worked and reimagined everything else.
By opening the walls and reworking the layout, the space now feels more open, brighter, and more functional.
From there, every decision is intentional -
large format floors, handmade-style tile, and warm custom cabinetry.

When ceilings are lower, horizontal contrast can work against you. It visually cuts the space and makes it feel more compressed.
A better approach is to keep everything within the same color family and introduce texture instead, through wall detailing, fabrics, and finishes.
Then use vertical elements to draw the eye up and balance the proportions.
Simple adjustments, but they completely change how the room feels.

What you don’t see is what matters most.
Before any pavers go in, the groundwork has to be done right.
We’re currently prepping the base, setting elevations, and running electrical for future lighting and features.
This stage isn’t the most glamorous, but it’s what ensures everything above it lasts, drains properly, and performs the way it should.

Closets are one of the most personal spaces in a home.
Unlike living rooms or kitchens that are designed for guests and everyday traffic, a closet is usually just for you. It’s also a space that is typically not visible from other rooms, which gives you more freedom to experiment with design and add a little personality.
Wallpaper, for example, can bring pattern, texture, and character into the space without overwhelming the rest of the home.
