Let’s say you do all the things I just mentioned on top of some meal 🥘 prepping. You still aren’t getting the results you want.

🧪Even if you’re prepping meals, if you over indulge in “healthy” food you’ll still be fat as a cat 🐈

🧪That Burger King and the weekend drinking 🥃 you doing is killing any work you’ve done up till Friday happy hour because I know you got the 25 cent chicken wings 🍗 and fries 🍟 too. You just unknowingly ate a sh** ton of calories and by the way sugar converts into fat. All that food got ALOT fructose, dextrose, catose, all the “oses” in it

🧪The workouts you doing👎🏾 cause in all actuality you not pushing yourself as you should. Not one lick of sweat 💦 but you taking selfies 📱 and rocking waist trainers under your clothes 👀 which clouds ☁️ your truth because we are visual creatures. If you fool yourself long enough you’ll believe you and this CAT 🐈 have nothing in common

😪Point is I said all that to give you a truthful prospective. You want the “body” without the true work. NUTRITION! There’s no way around it.

Here’s a couple tips:
1️⃣ Add more fiber to your diet. I love mustard and collard greens. Oatmeal is my favorite. Fruit 🍌 smoothies in the morning are awesome. You want to stay full for longer periods of time

2️⃣ Snack less. I mean this is hard for me. I love little fruit snack and chips. But those calories add up FAST 💨

3️⃣ Use a food tracking app to give yourself some prospective of how many calories you’ve actually eaten 🤷🏾‍♂️
