Today, the Lady Celts went on a tour through HEB with our sports dietitian, Kim ! They learned tips and tricks for costs savings, convenience and healthy fueling 🔋

Grocery shopping does require planning and thinking! Many athletes want to know what is good vs. bad, but in reality we need to look deeper 🧠

Carbs provide energy, protein enhances recovery and fruits/veggies boost our health. It’s all important and no food is perfect. Kim encourages athletes to avoid these classifications! Instead, she wants athletes to enhance their dietary patterns 🍱

Leah Torres led the Lady Celts charge in the final round at the SCAC Fall Conference Preview firing an even par 72 to finish T2nd place🥈with her teammate Cameron Frazier 🔥

The Lady Celts battle from 4 back to WIN the SCAC Fall Conference Preview by 15 strokes❗️

Leah Torres and Cameron Frazier both finish tied for 2nd place🥈firing 80, 72 and 78, 74… Leah’s 72 (E) was the lowest round of the tournament on the women’s side this week🔥

Regina Garcia Perez got her first career top 5 finish shooting 82, 79 (+17) finishing in 4th place🏅

Josefina Demonti placed T28 on the week to help lift the short handed Lady Celts to a resounding win in Fort Worth, Texas 🔥

The Lady Celts are just 4 strokes back of 1st place after shooting 332 in round one of the SCAC Fall Conference Preview

Leah Torres (T4th) and Regina Garcia Perez (T9th) both round out the top 10 with rounds of 80 (+8) and 82 (+10)
