Alignment with a proper diet is not about being overly strict! It’s about creating systems around your food choices that keep you consistent and aligned with your goals.

It’s easy to eat what we feel like, but eventually your body reflects those daily choices. Choose foods that fit the lifestyle and health you want for yourself!

You can still be a part time Big Back as needed! 😂
Just make sure your food choices are elite more than they are not! 80/20 split! Or 85/15 if you bout that life!

Effective changes + repeated daily actions = Real Results

Every workout is an investment in yourself. But what you do outside the gym is what brings it to life! RECOVERY IS EVERYTHING!!! Fuel your body, take authority of your recovery, and give yourself the rest you’ve earned!

You’re already doing the “hard part” by showing up for yourself. Now give your body what it truly needs to sustain and grow! Remain committed to the process and everything will take care of itself!

HOW FAT IS YOUR FOOD BRUH?!?

Healthy fats aren’t the problem — lack of awareness is.

Are your fats coming from whole-food sources like olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, and fish? Or are they mostly hidden in processed snacks, fried foods, and convenience meals? Stop that bu****it & just do better.

The fats you choose daily either support your heart, brain, hormones, and recovery or quietly work against them. Monounsaturated and omega-3 fats help regulate inflammation, improve cholesterol balance, and strengthen long-term metabolic health.

This isn’t about short-term aesthetics for looking good or being “outside”. It’s about building habits that support the lifestyle and body you want to sustain for years, not just a moment in time, or your birthday trip for the gram.

Eat with intention. Stay consistent. Fuel for longevity! 💪🏾

Carbs aren’t the OPP!!!

If you operate them properly they will love you forever.

Your body uses carbohydrates for energy, especially during any type of physical activity. When you train, your body stores carbs as glycogen to use for performance and recovery.

A simple approach is to eat more carbs when your activity is HIGHER, and be more moderate when it’s LOWER.

On training days, focus on quality carbs before and after workouts to fuel performance and replenish glycogen.

On non-training days, lean into vegetables, fruit, and controlled portions of whole grains to support energy without overdoing it.

Choosing carbs intentionally means asking yourself: Is this fueling what I’m about to do?

And let’s be real, s**t happens. If you had waffle fries or a few doughnuts, that doesn’t ruin progress. One or two cheat meals doesn’t define you. But if those choices become daily habits, they will eventually stall your performance, recovery, and body composition.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about patterns.
Fuel your body for what you’re asking it to become, and let consistency, not emotion, guide your plate, literally!

Protein isn’t optional!!!!

It’s the foundation of sustainable results in the gym. Whether your source is poultry, lean beef, fish, seafood, pork, dairy, eggs, or plant-based proteins, the standard stays the same, choose clean, natural protein intentionally and make it the center of your daily nutrition.

Strength training breaks the body down. Protein is what rebuilds it stronger and efficiently. The difference between average results and elite progress comes from consistent daily choices, not just eating more protein, but choosing better sources and planning your intake with purpose!

If you’re serious about getting stronger, and more leaner, your diet has to reflect that standard! Intentionally plan ahead and build your meals around protein, stay consistent, and let your habits speak for your results! 💪🏾
