We just launched our yoga for athletes coaching course, where we teach you how to teach yoga to your athletes! So cool right? We have been filming for over 2 years to get you the best content and education on the science behind stretching and how to implement it as a coach. We host a free info session on Feb 19 at 8:30pm.
